NATURE STONE® Brand Flooring Certified Installer Terms

You are purchasing a stone and epoxy floor from a Certified Installer who has received training in the installation process from O.C.R. Products, Inc (“OCR”).  Although the Certified Installer should be using genuine NATURE STONE® Brand Flooring products, OCR cannot verify this fact.  Consequently, the Certified Installer cannot call their floor a true NATURE STONE® floor. 

Certified Installer is only receiving training on the installation process and has been given the right to use OCR products. As a result, OCR makes no representation as to the quality, craftmanship or workmanship of the Certified Installer.  OCR is not responsible for any liability or damages as a result of the Certified Installer’s sale, installation, repair and/or maintenance of any stone and epoxy floor or the use of any products purchased from OCR.  

However, if a new stone and epoxy floor is properly registered by the Certified Installer as required, then the floor shall receive a one-year limited warranty from the date of the installation as and for loss of gloss only (“Gloss Retention Warranty”).  Please make sure your Certified Installer properly registers your floor.  

Additionally, you can purchase from OCR directly an extension of this Gloss Retention Warranty.  The amount of years purchased shall begin to run one year after the date of installation of the floor.  For information on how you can extend your Gloss Retention warranty and for complete warranty details, click the button below.
